General:
• Reticle's file is moved to lua/tfa/external folder from the old lua/tfa/modules directory

Grenade Launcher:
• Enabling and disabling GL animations now works within correct timing
• Fixed GL problem unable to use when transiting to next map
• Fixed GL that still plays attack anim even after when clip is empty
• GL now has its own killicons

• Assault rifle's grenade launcher attachment now has the safe arming distance, which will unexplode if hit at nearer range
• Ironsight will be disabled when switching to grenade launcher mode
