Added a semicolon to line 187 of LactoseCrossbowClient.lua.

Fixed unbundling bolts only giving one bolt if their condition is undefined because the item was looted rather than bundled by the character. Added a bit to the crossbow looking different in different states. Made more things use translations.

Started not overriding ISReloadWeaponAction.lua again, except without breaking reloading. Fixed some translations using the wrong encoding. Thai isn't working though. Made the wooden crossbow look different when loaded or unloaded or snapped.

Added a blank ISLCReloadCrossbowAction.lua to replace one that's been downloaded.

Started not overriding ISReloadWeaponAction.lua. Added translations for the word "crossbow".

Fixed making a crossbow not needing level 2 carpentry, added inventing a crossbow before making one.

Fixed a potential glitch after spotting it that gave a chance to make a crossbow unusable after the string snapped, from the condition reducing to 0.

9th February 2020 changed bundling bolts to avoid their condition resetting to full, changed string snapping, added unstringing and stringing with a steel cable, swept a glitch under the rug.
