Reduced the weight of wooden and aluminium crossbow bolts because bullets in the base game are lighter now. Fixed iron-headed crossbow bolts not appearing in the right-click menu for crossbows. Did not fix crossbow sound radius not being reduced, nor the model sometimes not updating.

Fixed the steel crossbow's icon by making it 32 x 32 instead of 64 x 64. Improved the custom tooltip code to be compatible with other code that changes tooltips. Fixed a spelling mistake in a comment.
