Fixed the steel crossbow being glitched since the update before this one.

Improved the steel crossbow model a bit. Added a model for the steel crossbow when it's loaded. Reduced crossbow reload speed by 20% because it looks faster than it used to be, maybe animations were changed. Fixed a wooden crossbow with a steel cable only using one model.
