Bringing back the original objectives banner broke the idle caravan banner and this change has thus been reverted.

Brought back the default objectives banner for single player and scenarios.
When you're in the observer mode you can now still see the market trade rates.

The panel left of the unit stat panel where you for example click to build a Villager can no longer be clicked through. So missclicking will no longer result into you deselecting your current selection.
