- Redesigned the outlines for the insignia's on the berets. Should look more tidy now.

- Added ingame logo images for the mod. Will make it easier to find my berets in the arsenal.

- Recolored the red NCR beret to a darker shade of red to match how it looks in Fallout: New Vegas.

Attempted to fix the BIN\Config error popups again.

implemented black and white variants for the NCR berets

Updated the Config file so it should no longer give "cfg" errors.
