-Rolling Base Knockback 9 -> 8

+Canceling Spin Dash into any aerial no longer gives you downward momentum

Patch Notes (not using a google doc this time lol):

BUG FIXES
-Fixed a bug where if Sonic was parried when charging Spindash, the charging sound effect still played.

GENERAL CHANGES
-Dash Speed increased (10.2 > 11).
-Weight decreased (1.15 > 1.2).

JAB
-Angle of Jab 3 adjusted (60 > 70).
-Knockback of Jab 3 increased (5 > 7).
These adjustments make it so where you can’t do Jab 1-2-3 > Jab 1-2-3 > whatever move you want at low %.

FORWARD STRONG
-Angle adjusted (45 > 35).
-Active frames of the hitbox reduced (5 > 3).

UAIR
-Both hits should now reliably connect together.

BAIR
-Startup increased (12 > 13).
-Sweetspot is now at Sonic’s heel.
-Sweetspot base knockback increased (6.9 > 8).
-Sweetspot knockback scaling decreased (.75 > .7).
-Sweetspot now takes priority when both hitboxes land.
-Sweetspot angle flipper changed (6 > 0. (Opponents now always go in one direction when hit by this hitbox)
These changes now make the move Sonic’s kill aerial.

HOMING ATTACK (NSPECIAL)
-Should home in on opponents more reliably.
-The homing reticle should now not spawn on players who aren’t in reach of Homing Attack.
-Knockback scaling is now set to 0.7.
-Base knockback increased (6 > 7).

SPIN DASH (DSPECIAL)
-Pressing jump doesn’t force you into the jump state. Rather, you simply jump while rolling. Press attack while airborne to do an aerial.
