Locked the button in the monorail car to prevent 'accidentally' detaching it, thus making the monorail car useless.

Made the back top more slick to the hull, reducing gaps where creatures can get stuck, and made the top docking port shorter for ease of access.

Added a duct to the top engineering, and moved lights a bit

Moved lights around, and adjusted their brightnesses.

Added and moved spawnpoints, and added more materials to medical and engineering

linked the unlinked shuttles

adjusted the recharge rate of the railcar, and made the shuttle recharge rate 100% on default, also moved the top stairs to (hopefully) have less collision issues
