=Various aesthetic fixes to be more consistent.

-Knockback adjustment increased.
-Air speed reduced.

+Jab firerate increased.
-Jab projectiles are now polite.
+FTilt made slightly faster.
-DAttack now puts Protoman into Parry Stun if parried.
+Dair fires three needles in quick succession instead of one
-Dair needles damage reduced.
-Dair needles are now polite.
-Increased endlag on BAir.

=Fixed Chill Spike's projectile hitbox persisting even after it hits a platform.
-Slightly increased the cooldown on Chill Spike.
=Star Crash's projectile now slows down to a standstill after being thrown and can deal multiple hits.
-Star Crash cooldown after being thrown increased.
