-changed angle flipper on first hit of down strong (6 -> 9)
-lowered angle on first hit of down strong (70 -> 50) [this doesn't matter because of the angle flipper but whatever lol]
-added extra hitpause on the first hit of down strong (3f)
-down strong now has a 3rd hitbox for the final hit
(these 3 changes are to make the move's multihit much more consistent)

-up strong sourspot base knockback increased (6 -> 8)

-increased base knockback on aerial hit of back air (5 -> 6)
-increased angle on aerial hit of back air (150 -> 160)

-added whifflag to windows 3 and 5 of dash attack

-increased lifetime of up air hitbox (3f -> 4f)

-increased base knockback on boosted neutral special (5 -> 6)
