-increased air acceleration (.03 -> .032)

-changed angle on weak hit of up strong (80 -> 90)
-increased base knockback on weak hit of up strong (8 -> 9)
-increased damage on weak hit of up strong (4 -> 6)
-increased base hitpause on weak hit of up strong (4 -> 5)
-changed hit sfx on weak hit of up strong

-changed angle on the 2nd hit of down tilt (65 -> 50)
-lowered knockback scaling on the second hit of down tilt (.25 -> .2)
