Spell Release: the effect increasing 25%/50% -> 50%/100%
Clow Card The Erase: kill line 25%/50% -> 33%/66%, add killing minion effect
the wands: add extra charge when kill elite and boss 3/5/10
Sakura Card The Return: recharge restoring 50% -> 75%

Fixed Sakura Card The Vioce add The Voice to the discarded pile instead of the hand that did not match the description of the card.
Adjust The Bubble card can no longer remove the minion state.
