Added: Parrying (Rivals on shield drop is default, Ultimate is also implemented and can be turned on by custom characters), FX and SFX for shield up, down, parry, and hit, customizable FX and SFX on shield up, down, parry, and hit, customizable shield sprites, taunt to grab, toggle for taunt to grab.

Fixed: Invisibility when your shield breaks and you die

Added a version of auto balancing - now there won't be useless throws and overpowered throws.
Feel free to give feedback on this, I'm not sure what point is good for the balance.

Fixed a bug where enemies could react immediately after being thrown.
