-Reduced landing lag

Uair:
-Knockback increased on third hit
-Reduced landing lag

-Knockback angle changed on strong hit
-Reduced landing lag

Utilt:
-Knockback angle changed on weak hit

-Reduced Endlag
-Increased knockback and hitstun on weak hit
-Increased knockback on strong hit

-Knockback and angles altered, should prevent jab from being techable midway

-No longer drops the user down severely during startup; there is still a very small drop however

-This move now goes much farther and serves as a recovery move
-This move now puts the player into pratfall after use

-Knockback massively increased to make up for being easily telegraphed and slow on startup
-Endlag reduced
