Changed effective knife length from 16 inches to 24 to fix PaP issue in Zetsubou no Shima.
Knife length is then divided by 8, so actually length has been increased from 2 to 3 inches.
Default knife length is usually 32 or 64 inches.

Changed code to try eliminating all possible lag. Seems to have worked AFAIK.

Bots now randomly buy stuff half as often as before. They can still get killed by their own traps though(just not as much).

Added code to get bots unstuck by changing bot mode or teleport.
