Assigned buttons to spawn and remove bots one-by-one.
Changed bots to camp if the tac grenade button is pressed.
Can go back to following by pressing another button.

On-screen button config quick view, if you press the remove bot button when there's no bots, and at the start of game.

Slight gun exchange handling improvement for bots.

Changed the multiplier to increase zombie health after round 10 from 10% to zero.
