Crazy Cap alt was erroneously named Abyss. It is fixed now. Also, down taunt had a graphical mistake.

Merry 200th patch! He's probably the most patched item in the Rivals Workshop ever. (I didn't actually mean to patch him so many times. A good chunk of them were accidental or minor stuff that I forgot)

--The Definitive Triple Update--

Bluey has received a major overhaul on his sprites. They should look a lot prettier now. Some palettes have been adjusted with it, as some new ones have been created, too. (Unfortunately, his side taunt was disabled for now.)

-Hurtbox is now ex_guy, the default one used by characters such as Zetterburn and Absa.
-Whifflag on a handful of moves, such as neutral aerial, has been adjusted so things like late hitbox don't linger into the endlag windows.
-In conjunction with the new animation, up strong blasts happen as the magic rod is swung instead of after the fact.
-Down strong no longer has two separate pairs of hitboxes for falling down and impacting on the ground, instead merging the two together.
-Charged back aerial needs to be held for slightly more time to be activated.
-Down aerial's multihits no longer are untechable, don't have angle flipper 10 no longer, have less base knockback (7->3), but now force flinch grounded opponents.
-Forward special has a new arrow indicating where it's being aimed. Damage was slightly nerfed (7%->6%).

Aight this should be the last before the patch window ends


-Forward strong's angle has been changed(361->45). Base knockback was reduced(8->7) while knockback scaling was increased (1->1.15).
-Down strong's angle was reverted(85->70). Base knockback and knockback scaling were reduced(9->8, 1.1->1.05).
