To resolve an issue where to low horse stable acted as an animal pen, all taming places can now tame any horse or animal. Have fun!

Resolved an issue that caused this mod to retain the repair kit bug.

- Update to add hammer build feats.
- Adding feat icons to make it easy to tell hammer from hand craft feats and this mod's feats from the game's feats.
- Added testing versions of thrall holding cells. (admin pannel only as Thrall Holding Cell)
