Resized Great Person deck to match the size of the tech cards- Newton makes this a necessity. Wonder and Culture cards are still 20% upscaled to match the market board.

Minor update- adjusted the size of the City State tokens to match that of buildings, making them a little smaller than the spaces they're meant to inhabit.
