- Added Hive Mind and Machine Empire jobs and job descriptions. Many thanks to Greensniperhat who did the tedious work of adding these new jobs.
- Added a special decision to regulate/deregulate Flowers of Silence on planets with Flowers of Silence buildings. Comes in regular empire and hive mind fashion.

Fixed a few stupid typos in the jobs and buildings files, with the resulting effects :
- Spice buildings now give more jobs when upgrading.
- Spice and Lavender buildings now provide as many jobs as Tea buildings.

Added custom jobs : Tea Farmer, Lavender Farmer, Spices Farmer, Shady Botanist and Algae Specialist.
Reworked building balance.
