Just a minor fix in the floating hammers.

- Removed the floating hammers in the campaign map

- removed the wind around units in forced march
- removed the confetti when edicts are activated
- removed the coins around armies/navies when they are raiding
- removed the clouds around navies when they are patrolling the sea
- removed the red light around armies suffering attrition (the skull icon was not removed).
