Extra customisation on the Chaplain model

Added a "totally canon" chaplain in tartaros armour model

a new NEW skeleton, since there was some warping with the old one and I felt bad

Completely new skeleton, arms actually function as arms!

Adjusted hands and lower arms to hopefully appear more normal when holding certain weapons
