ADDITIONS:
NSPECIAL - Now works as intended, costs 50% TP, and has animations for it. Still sort of temporary
USPECIAL 2 - If the special button is held during the recovery, you'll lose TP and go higher.

ADJUSTMENTS:
DATTACK - Can now be cancelled into any tilt on the third window
NAIR - No longer untechable
DAIR - No longer makes Kris hover, instead is based on momentum
FSPECIAL - No longer gives you infinite rude busters if you are between 20% and 24% TP
USPECIAL - Goes slightly further

We are nearing Kris' completion.
I am so happy to say that he's nearly done.

ADJUSTMENTS:
JAB 2 - Now sends opponents back
DATTACK - Can now be jump cancelled on hit
DTILT - Added weak hitbox on Kris
FTILT - Nerfed knockback on Tipper from 5 -> 3
FSTRONG - Reduced startup and endlag, does a little more knockback.
USTRONG - Added more knockback
NAIR - No longer can be teched out of
FAIR - Spike hitpause increased and knockback increased
UAIR - Fixed hit 1, now links into hit 2
DAIR - Should now hit fully out of a short hop
FSPECIAL (RUDE BUSTER) - Increased damage and TP cost slightly (might change)
USPECIAL - Now travels less distance
TAUNT - Now has small hitbox

ADDITIONS:
Kris' outline will change when TP hits 70%, for red buster, to red and 100% will change the outline to yellow.

ADJUSTMENTS:
UAIR - Gave Up Air an additional hit box to knock opponents into the next hit
DAIR - Changed hitbox to be a bit easier to hit, changed angle from 235 to 290, added a small amount of hitpause
FAIR - Gave a small amount of less end lag
FSTRONG - Given less end lag
USPECIAL - Gave a small boost in height

COLOR 6 - Previously was a purple Jevil esc. coloring - Now changed to a Noelle color alt

You may notice some weird hitboxes and sprite work, the specials are only temporary, so please do not expect them to stay that way.

ADDITIONS:
Down Special, Side Special, and Neutral Special cost TP, they will be changed once they are fully implemented.
Up Special rough mechanics are implemented
