- you can now walljump cancel uspecial halfway through its rise

- dstrong can be wallteched between hit1 and hit2
- dstrong hit1 size less forgiving
- dstrong hit1 hitpause scaling 0 -> .15
- bair1 hitpause slightly adjusted to make sweetspot more reactable and sourspot noticably different
- nspecial will now kill active hitboxes on players hit
- fspecial projectiles now behave appropriately on parry, parry stun on red buster removed consequently
- bair sourspot damage 9 -> 7
- bair sweetspot active frames 1 -> 2
- moved several TP gain values around to match new move properties
- bair and uair sfx timing fixed (thanks tdude)
- charge startup sfx on strongs disabled

- added a warning when selecting a skin that will not work online
- dtilt hitpause reduced slightly
- jab1 hitpause reduced noticably
- dash attack travels faster, goes farther when active, has more hitpause, and has a lower angle (361)
- dash attack window 2 (slide window) 14 frames -> 9 frames
- dash attack window 3 (ending window) 6 frames -> 10 frames
- the actual HITBOX is still active for 7 frames. the endlag in practice is going from 13 frames to 12 frames, but with less movement time over a longer distance
- bair has an early sweetspot and a late sourspot. new sweetspot stats: base knockback 7, knockback growth .9
- fstrong starting friction increased (this should help make fstrong in neutral and pivot fstrong less powerful options)
- fstrong visual timings updated for gameplay clarity
- added some code to nspecial to make it better in free-for-alls
- nspecial will no longer grab opponents with armor
- utilt base hitpause increased by 1
