-Placed restrictions on when fern refiner can be built which should stop AI spam building it (you can't build it if you don't have any ferns and aren't producing any ferns)
-Stopped accidentally scouring Gaia world of all resources deposits in Gilded system so it can be more than a planet-wide hotel

Slight compatibility update
mod no longer overwrites resources.GFX and instead uses curios_resources.GFX
