swapped out smg crouching animations for better ones

fixed and issue were coach wasn't holding the autoshotgun properly while running and idle

fixed an issue were coach wasn't holding the pumpshotgun properly while cocking it

coach has been a massive pain in the ass to fix

swap out his running with a rifle animation for better ones since he doesn't hold it properly while running

reverted coachs pumpshotgun animations to his original as there was issues with certain models that were causing a bug with the grenade launcher
