- All the new hero skills introduced by the mod now cost 4 instead of 5.

- Fixed Magical creature trainer skill- will now regen 10% HP per tactical turn

Quick balancing change regarding skill points cost:

- All new skill introduced by this mod now costs 5 skill points instead of 10. This is due to the hero rework happening on the premium class mods which has already heavily inflated the amount of existing skills, and reduced the cost of many vanilla ones.
