  • Changed Colonel-level skills to better fit their forced 25AP cost. Rebuild with additional soldier console commands any existing soldiers for the new ability trees.
  • Silent Killer will now trigger on destructible object kills (propane tanks, etc.) allowing the Reaper to remain concealed after destroying them.
  • Some fixes for edge-cases with damage-boosting abilities applying when they shouldn't (boosting damage on effects that don't normally deal any damage, etc.)

  • Reverted Reapers back to normal hero leveling mechanics for now to fix issues with Find Faction covert actions. There are side effects to this I'm not entirely happy with at the moment...
