Completely rewritten the addon from scratch.

-Added a customization menu to the spawnmenu
-You can add/edit/remove models and voices now
-Added a player voice set override setting for players (if enabled)

Unfortunately, the limb specific voices have been removed for the time being.

Optimised the code a little by using a string finder rather than a entire table
