Removed the Start Fix portion of the mod since that has been handled by BugBear. Further adjusted the timings for the shifts.

Added a small blip to make downshifting feel better and more natural

Fixed starts off the line FOR NON DLC CARS. For DLC cars we have to wait BB to do something about it.

Because starts are now equal with analog clutch users (digital clutch in Feb 2020 LMAO) increased the clutch down delay slightly.
