-Reworked the winch system to LUA and added failsafe system so if you fall out from the helicopter and no player is in it, the winch will lower itself to the surface so you can get back up! The blue light under a/c will blink blue if no player is detected.
Can be disabled.

-Updated the battery controller for better use of the battery.
-Added medium battery for more electrisity
-Added avionics button to turn on/off screens
-Changed engine throttle, now has two modes, Normal RPM and LOW RPM (cannot fly with low RPM)
-Added zoom buttons for the winch operator to zoom FLIR and Winch Camera.
-Changed fuel pumps position and pipes for more fuel
-When you turn on Avionics, you can hear the gyro starting (Like real life). This has no function, just for aesthetics

-Removed Seven segment displays for the winch as they really dont serve any purpose

-Radar --Overlay for map/navigation view. Turn On/Off. Turn off will erase detected targets. (Detected objects in Green Square with Blue text for the Angle. -X = under A/C and +X = over)
-Moved FLIR Cam to under A/C. Adjusted angle to face forward.
