V1.2 Update Astral Shift status:

- gives a malus of -60% magic resistance instead of 100%. Description was updated accordingly

Update Astral Gaze Ability from Cosmos Watcher:

- Astral Shift resist check is now a proper 11 resist check instead of 12 (text was saying 11 but it was 12 in reality)
- Astral Shift status debuff proc by Astral Gaze now only lasts for one turn instead of two.
- Damage targeter and resist targeter were inverted in resolution priority, so now you cannot have a damage increase on the attack at the same time you proc Astral Shift.
