added 'default' option in pickup caps that stops it doing unnecessary stuff, also prevents it from capping coins at 99 when you have deep pockets

changed the option of pocket cap to give deep pockets to giving polydactyl instead

added dips to entities that will avoid the potato for scale

Every floor mode:
fixed mod setting an incorrect final floor setting if there were disabled StageAPI floors in the list

fixed bug with 'devil doors stay open' and glowing hourglass

fixed bug with no pickup cap

every floor mode:
-fixed key piece rerolls being totally random rather than using the rooms item pool (i think)
-fixed key pieces being rerolled when normal end is enabled
