-added check for custom "Heaven's Call" room
-fixed mod sometimes playing both music jingle and sfx jingle at same time
-fixed long jingles continuing to play in the menu if you quit before they ended
-fixed repentogon version not respecting the 'jingles interrupt music' setting (also changed text of the setting in the mod menu to be more clear)

Soundtrack Menu update:
-updated to use repentogon rather than MMC if repentogon is running
-fixed challenge room music sometimes playing instead of boss rush music is boss rush music was set
-fixed queued songs sometimes not updating menu and jukebox text when they start playing
-fixed check trying to get boss music from stageAPI is none was set
-fixed values being set to nil if the save file is not formatted correctly
-fixed sometimes snapping instantly when it was supposed to fade in
-fixed music playing, then stopping, then playing again on new run after starting up the program when stageAPI is running
-refactoring, also aligned code between standalone and potatopack versions for easier checking/editing
