switched Dog Whistle from button pressed/held to button triggered, so the bums don't freak out if you hold CTRL/swap

item beggar:
- fixed beggar taking all copies of an item in one trade when you have multiples of the same item
- fixed the beggar forgetting how many trades have happened when you leave the room and come back
