Removed Daggers Drawn support to prevent some issues.

Removed Backlash support - there were a lot of issues reported with it, so I preferred reverting the changes.

Added an explicit text in English localisation instead of the tag "FinesseMeleeWeapon".

Removed all the prerequisites from the NPC versions of the affected skills. They should be able to use everything correctly again.
