GENERAL
===============
- Playing with less players than intended no longer grants a bonus to round gold and enemy gold. Now increases all sources of gold, by up to 25% (down from 60% for only round gold). This stacks additively with Greevil's Greed and Hand of Midas, instead of multiplicatively (from +87.5% to +50% for solo players).
- Removed base damage increase per level.
- Bonus base damage reduced from +60 to +30
- All heroes start with 30 additional attack speed.
- Increased Universal Hero damage per stat from 0.7 to 1.4.
- Increased Strength, Agility and Intelligence hero damage per stat from 1 to 2.

HEROES
===============
- Dawnbreaker: Buffed Q
- Phantom Assassin: Fan of Knives now scales down in cooldown, based on Coup de Grace (from 15s to 40->20)
- Witch Doctor: Sent into the shadow realm (nerfed Maledict)
- Timbersaw: Reduced the lv24-25 spike with Chakram by reducing Chakram damage past lv24.

ITEMS
===============
- Octarine Core: Combines with Refresher at Tier 2 instead of Tier 5.
- Signet of Destiny: Removed Dagon from recipe, removed base damage from item. Removed mana cost and spell lifesteal from Signet of Destiny. Increased damage and healing per charge. Current health damage scales with upgrades.
- Removed Eternal Shroud and Helm of Mithril Will from Kaya and Sange line. Added a recipe, total cost unchanged.
- Kaya and Sange now has the following passive added at T3 - Fury's Defense: While you have any stacks of Fury, spending mana grants you barrier equal to a multiplier of the mana spent. Barrier stacks. Losing stacks of Fury causes you to lose barrier.
- Removed Sub-Zero from Sange and Kaya Line. Replaced with a recipe, total cost unchanged. At Tier 5, the passive is greatly improved instead.
- Eternal Shroud combines with Shiva's and Sub-Zero now and progresses into Tier 5.
- Skadi now applies a mild damage over time effect, similar to Orb of Corrosion

BOSSES
===============
- All bosses have had their health pools slightly increased to account for physical damage heroes dealing more damage overall.
- Summoned units only benefit from 25% of the player count scaling
