GENERAL
===============
- MMR loss and gain is no longer based on personal MMR, instead it's based on group MMR. When a player abandons, this adjusts the MMR gain/loss for everyone as well.
- Abandons are now a fixed -120 MMR (maximum penalty)
- When bosses are ignored, they get pretty upset. 1 minute after spawning, boss damage scales up every 30 seconds, if they have not taken at least 2.4% of their maximum health in damage over that period. Every 30 seconds where this is true, their movement speed, attack speed and all damage they deal increases by 30%.
- Neutrals spawn when a round starts.
- Enrage is reduced by 1 stack for every 2.4% maximum health the enemy has lost since the last check.
- Neutral gold no longer scales with time, instead scales with round.
- After clearing a neutral camp, the next neutral camp will spawn with Ancestor's Vengeance. Ancestor's Vengeance reduces the damage taken by the creeps and increases all damage they deal. Upon entering a new round, Ancestor's Vengeance is cleared from existing creeps and the strength is reset to 0. Only works for the neutral team, upon taking over a creep buffed with Ancestor's Vengeance, the buff is lost.
- Neutrals level up their abilities after round 6, 12 and 18.
- Neutrals no longer drop neutral items.
- Everyone starts with a Tier 1 Neutral Token
- You get a Tier 2 Neutral Token round 6.
- You get a Tier 3 Neutral Token round 12.
- You get a Tier 4 Neutral Token round 17.
- You get a Tier 5 Neutral Token round 21.
