Restored the division limiter script for 1.11 - you can now choose to limit the number of divisions that the AI can produce based on historical data. It tends to reduce the late game unit spam - making the game easier for the player.

Bugfixes:
- Mengjiang should now properly annex the entirety of Mongolia after the war against the Soviet Union is won by Japan and Germany
- fixed rare case where "Lengthening war in the East" modifiers never ceased to nerf Germany despite capturing Leningrad, Stalingad and Moscow

Phoney War should now occur as normal - Germany will invade Benelux no sooner than May 1940. Italy will join the Axis either in June 1940, or when France is about to capitulate.

experimental patch in hopes to bring the Phoney War back

also added a line of script from Vanilla Formable Nations Patch that is responsible for the loading of POUM's flag if Spain chose the independent communist path - this bug is still not fixed in 1.11 and VFNP is still far from being updated, therefore I moved this bugfix over here.

full update 1.11

bugfixes:
- Communist Chinese AI will be able to move capital to Beijing again
- Mengjiang will be able to reform into Mongolia after the Soviet Union capitulates
- "Italian Social Republic" name should now show correctly in the english version of the game
- Italy will now join the Axis when France is under attack in addition to the fixed date of May/June 1941 (made to counter the notes below)
- Germany should now become weaker over time on the eastern front via events (these can be disabled at the beginning of the game if you like strong Germany)

notes for new bugs in vanilla:
- Free France is for some reason not getting Charles de Gaulle as the leader blocking my set of events to give Free France more territory over time - as soon as Paradox fixes this issue they should work again - I would rather not change the events since they're based on the focus tree...
- Hitler is overagressive again and attacks Benelux countries immediately after capitulating Poland - I could try modifying vanilla files to stop this, but I would rather not do it because it would be painful to update them every time - also if Germany doesn't capitulate France in 1939 then France may actually defend against Germany until 1941, breaking the game even further... The balance of the new patch is fragile and I would rather not touch it yet. Maybe I will find another solution in the future.

working update 1.11

bug fixes:
- added new provinces in Russia into the script when Soviet Union capitulates and Japan partitions the Soviet Union with Germany

removed features:
- focus tree fixes (no longer needed - Turkey will now join either Axis or Allies depending on the state of the war; Bulgaria no longer picks ahistorical focuses - all thanks to Paradox)
- historical division limiter (completely non-compatible with the new supply system - might be added later, but is no longer needed IMO)
- almost all of the Iran invasion events (no longer needed as there are new events in vanilla that do the same thing)
- Unstoppable German War Machine idea (Germany will most surely win the war now if not challenged)
- buffs for Japan in the Sino-Japanese war (China is no longer able to win the war on it's own - thanks to the new supply system it's no longer a viable strategy to rush the enemy with 200+ divisions)

hotfix to Phoney War settings:
Fascist Italy on historical focus will now check if Germany is at war with France or England before declaring a war on the Allies. In case when Germany is at war with only France, but not with England the Italian AI will only declare a war on France. Vice versa will happen if France is neutral and Germany is only at war with England.

bugfix:
- the script for Spain to join the Axis will now properly check if Spain is already in faction with Germany (instead of with Spain) and will only activate if Spain is not already a part of a different faction
