hotfix:
- Bulgarian civil war will now immediately result in the capitulation of communist Bulgaria and the end of the civil war when the AI is in control of Bulgaria and the game is on historical focus
- the entirety of communist Bulgaria will be fully annexed by the AI-controlled Bulgaria and all of it's cores will be removed

reason:
civil war split tags are extremely bugged - the "fix" should prevent any border gore on Greek-Bulgarian and Yugoslav-Bulgarian border after the war

2nd reason:
historically there was no civil war in Bulgaria in 1941 during WWII and this shouldn't even happen on historical focus... Is this a bug or a feature?

- restored the vanilla "Operation Barbarossa" idea for Germany which didn't trigger for Germany in one of the cases

debug/balance update

- Soviet Union will now start it's major offensive in August 1943 (so right after the historical battle of Kursk) instead of January 1944
- China may now start it's major offensive against Japan earlier if it's at 60% capitulation progress
- the UK will now actually send units to defend it's African colonies [this can be disabled in the mod settings by disabling the AI tweaks]
- the player is now prompted to boost Japan twice via Custom Rules at the warning event at the beginning of the game
- Free French AI is now able to grab most of Africa, Syria and Madagascar from Vichy [this can be disabled in the mod settings by disabling the AI tweaks]
- few minor debug fixes for the restored Yugoslavian events - the dog will be happy

Full stable 1.10 release

- Yugoslavian mechanics and events restored
- all new provinces added in 1.10 added into the peace events scripting
- fixed some strange grammar in the "warning" event at the beginning of the game
- finally - historical partition of Yugoslavia is now a thing (the borders might still differ from game to game depending on the countries that joined the Axis)

BETA patch working update for 1.10:

new stuff:
- Bierut portraits and events for Poland
- mid-game cosmetic fascist party name change event for Japan
- Platinean War restored - you can now sway Argentina to join the Axis as Germany (the AI can now very rarely start the war in South America when not on historical focus)
- fixes and improvements in the Settings event at the beginning of the game - you should now more clearly be able to understand what options are you disabling/enabling

disabled stuff:
- experimental buffs for Japan against China are now disabled (instead you're prompted to boost Japan at the beginning of the game)
- Yugoslavian events are now completely disabled (I will work to bring them back as soon as I see how the new Yugoslavian AI works in 1.10)

BETA patch

Added the experimental buff (custom idea) for Japan that increases their attack power against China by +200% for 5 years until 1942.

China will still beat Japan, but now it shouldn't happen sooner than in 1942.

How it activates:
The event will fire right after Marco Polo Bridge incident when Japan and China go to war against each other.

How to disable it:
The buff won't load if you disable German buffs in the settings mod.
It also won't load up if China or Japan is controlled by the human player.
