Fixed error with beefalo event

Preparation to switch how translations are handeled,
because it hindered me from creating new achievements and perks.
The translations have to be updated by copy pasting to the new format.
It would be great help if native speakers could update these.
If not, in the next update english strings will be used for the other languages.

Changes:

Crit is maxed at 50% and is more expensive
XP can now be gathered by doing the following:
Craft item = 10XP
Build structure = 20XP
Finish Work = 2XP (all activites that need multiple actions to complete like cutting trees, mining stone, hammering structures)
Learn new blueprint = 10% of your current needed XP for the next level

Limited defense upgrades to 80%
Removed Unagi from eatlist if playing without caves
Adjusted the Bookworm perk with the new growth books
Refreshness cost from 40 to 50
Crab King stars from 5 to 7
Mother Nature achievement now needs wild plants to be planted (no seeds but trees, bushes, grass or saplings)

NEW Achievement: Green Thumb - Hold all giant plants in your hands - have fun farming :)
