Bugfixes:
- using old config files caused lots of errors. It now overrides invalid config files with the default config.

New features:
- Easier api to create extensions
- Extension manager
- Map icons can now be loaded via extensions

New extensions:
1. Default Map Icons: Loads map icons from the maps or the maps/thumb folder
2. RTV Chat Commands: Allows for starting RTV via chat commands ("!rtv" or "rtv")
3. RTV Chat Notifications: Default RTV notifications via chat
4. Votescreen Dark: Default PAM votescreen

Additional changes:
- Favorited maps are now stored in the client database
- Extensions no longer use hooks and no longer block each other
