Upped the research bonus rom 5% to 10%.

• Some of the more glaring grammatical errors were corrected
  
• Based on initial feedback, I changed the research bonus provided by each new enclave from 15% to 5%
  
• If you are a hive yourself, you can hire a governor from the Universal Hive
  
• At 100 opinion, you can now trade 20/40/60 monthly energy for 1/2/3 living metal with the Prime Machines
  
• At 100 opinion, you can now trade 20/40/60 monthly energy for 1/2/3 zro with the Shroud's Children
