Disable mod when detecting new version of the game to prevent crashing

Updated mod to Harmony 2.0

Added compatibility for the Spaced Out DLC and updated version numbers

Modified the way that rooms tally up what buildings are inside them so that they also check for plants on the layer that this mod moves them to.

Allowed background objects such as drywall, wallpaper and tempshift plates to be placed without uprooting plants.

Note: Paintings will still uproot as there is no easy way to differentiate between paintings and other buildings in the code without hardcoding it, which could cause compatibility issues.
