Weapon now have it's real sniper properties (Combine Sniper rifle round), and have a new green effect (Like Vortigaunt attack) at the bullet impact.

And added physic gun color to the cannon bolt for the worldmodel. (My bad, I forgot that)

Reactivated the NPC script at the end of the lua file. This way it's already updated for the GMod update.
