Added support for OPART (Online Party Animations Repair Tool)

HOLY GUACAMOLE THAT WAS PAINFUL
it took me hours to make this one single fix and by golly I am gonna release it even if it kills me
I updated the animation so now the user's feet will stay planted on the ground, and I also revised the animation slightly on her upper half to give it a little more life.

Added Online Party tag

I probably made the online functionality fully consistent? Thank you Shararamosh for pointing out what the correct scripts should be!

Update to possibly fix not being able to see other people use the emote online.

The mod machine broke. I'm a responsible young man though, so I caught it pretty quickly.

It took a lot more effort than I thought it would take, but thanks to yoshimo's and starblaster 64's help, this mod is no longer an asset replacement but rather an emote. Now you can still smug dance and also floss when you want to at your leisure!
