If using Vest Slot we need to change the Ceramic Plating item to be used by the Vest slot. To do that make sure to subscribe to Item Editor.
Then uncomment the following line in the mod config 1832276800/Config/XComItemEditor.ini.

;+Items=(TemplateName=LW2WOTC_CeramicPlating, InventorySlot=Vest)
