Updated via SFM

- (internal change)After some problems with .smd/.vta (solved by now) I've switched to .dmx format. We'll see how that affect the model
- added missing 'waist' flex (forgot to uncomment one line in .qc file, doh)
- edited 'boobs' flex a bit (put some gravity)
- edited 'butt' flex and base mesh around belly area
- made chest bones hidden on clean model version (via jigglebones that don't rotate at all)

- repositioned collar bones (should be separate and visually selectable now)
- reedited some skin weights
- added 2 NSFW model versions: with and without jigglebones
- added 3 body flexes: 'boobs', 'butt', 'waist'
