Fixed little Prop-Block error

- Added option to reset buddy-list
- Improved notifications
- improved panel-structure
- improved world-protection
- added setting to allow world-button/doors for users
- added PropPickup-Protection (If someone tries to move a little object with the 'use'-key)
- added tooltips on checkboxes (hover with the mouse over the checkbox to get more information)
- Removed PlayerPickup (handled in most admin mods)
- Added share-entity (Hold c and aim to a prop/entity -> share entity)
- Changed design of all elements
- Fixed some bugs
