- fixed beeping audio only playing once when the charge is being armed
Anyone that is using a custom audio file for the beeping sound has to override the function 'GetBeepingSoundLength' in the BreachingchargeBase class with their audio's length now, this is a temporary fix for the audio issue and will be replaced in the future once I figure out a better way of fixing it

- added partial destruction for bbp floor and roof hatches, the first charge will only blow up the hatch itself and leave the stairs and frame standing

- added a few new settings to the json file for limiting vertical distance when using the radius damage setting and an option to enable destruction of other planted breachingcharges in the damage radius when a charge explodes

VerticalDistanceModeObjects = Mode used to determine vertical distance checks, you can use this to make it so that charges don't destroy objects on multiple floors when using the damage radius option in the json (0 = no vertical distance checks at all, 1 = distance measured from charge, 2 = distance measured from charge target, 3 = both the distance from the charge and the charge target are checked)
Note: The distance from the charge target can be a bit misleading since it is measured from the objects origin point, which probably isn't in the center on most objects (e.g. on some walls it might be at the bottom center instead of the actual middle of the object)

MaxVerticalDistanceObjects = Max vertical distance an object can have to be damaged

MaxVerticalDistancePlayers = Max vertical distance a player can have to be damaged, distance for this is always calculated from the charge's position, VerticalDistanceModeObjects has no affect on this

DestroyOtherCharges = 1 means that all planted charges that are in the object damage radius will get destroyed when the charge explodes
